We offer free shipping to anywhere in Australia!


We work hard to get your orders out to you as soon as possible. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be dispatched. Orders are processed Monday - Friday and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


BHOOMI Babe uses Australia Post to ship all deliveries. If you require your delivery urgently please ensure you select Express Post as your delivery option.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

Please confirm these delivery times on the Australia Post website as they may be experiencing disruptions. 

Once your order is placed it will typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days and as soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.


​We offer International shipping as per the generated pricing at checkout. Shipping costs can vary based on the size of your order, we do everything we can to keep this at a minimum.  

The customer may be liable for import duties/taxes when your package arrives. This is dependant on your countries customs department. BHOOMI Babe are not responsible for these duties. 


Pre-Sale Orders

Please make sure you are aware of the dispatch times with any products displayed as "PRE-ORDER". You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You are welcome to cancel your order at any time prior to its dispatch if the pre-order date no longer aligns with your needs. Make sure to email us at for any updates or to cancel your order.   

We are unable to apply any discounts after you have placed your order.

Returns and Exchanges

BHOOMI Babe only offers free returns and refunds for items deemed faulty. We are happy to accommodate exchanges (return shipping at customer expense) if your item has not been used and is returned in all of its original packaging. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are unable to change or modify orders that have already been placed. We do not offer refunds for non-faulty items. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For ALL returns/exchanges we ask that you send photos and your order information (as below) to within 7 days of receiving your product so we can assess the condition of the return.

Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to get in touch via email with a Returns form for you to include with your return. We will notify you by email once we have received your returned item. If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

For exchanges, we highly recommend using a tracking service to ensure it arrives at our warehouse safely.
